The best period to visit Oslo goes from May to September. Summertime is meant between June and August, and is very pleasant, with average maximum temperatures around 20°C, and long sunny days. Winter goes from December to March, and can be very cold, with temperatures going down to -20°C in the coldest months (January-February), but still the country is worthy of visit in this period, and you will surely be charmed by the unique fascination of the white Norwegian winter.
